Return Policy for Z&L EUROPE


At Z&L, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward return policy.


Returns and Exchanges:


- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

- To request a return or exchange, please send an email to communication@zleurope.com 


FINAL SALE ITEMS:

- Please note that some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Check the product description for any exclusions.



Return Shipping:


-We have one free shipping return label per order, any other return under the same order is the customer's responsibility.


Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.


  • International Returns (if applicable)

We do not offer an exchange for orders from outside of the USA. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
International refund label costs will be paid by the client.

- Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not offer refunds for jewelry items.

-Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at communication@zleurope.com.



Exchanges:

- If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item following the steps above and placing a new order for the desired item on our website.
