Because love isn’t always written in labels—let’s make it easy.
1. Not quite in love?
If something doesn’t spark joy, you’ve got 7 business days from your delivery date to request a return or exchange. Drop us an email at communication@zleurope.com with:

2. Our return vibe:
Returns are accepted only in exchange for a gift card or a new style swap. Please note, items must be:

Unworn and in their original condition

With all tags still attached

Spotless, scent‑free, and in perfect shape

Not jewelry (sadly, those are non‑returnable)

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

3. Exchange shipping & timeline:

Exchanges are limited to one per order.

Allow about 10 days for both exchange processing and shipping.
4. International orders—handle with care:
Orders shipped outside the U.S. are Final Sale—no returns or exchanges.
5. Received a Not-So-Perfect item?
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty (think broken seams or unraveled threads), reach out within 7 business days with the deets. We'll either send a replacement or, if you'd rather, issue a gift card.
6. Keep your proof-of-return:
Hold onto your return tracking info—it keeps everything flowing smoothly and safely. Please note: original shipping fees are never refundable.

We’re not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages, or any customs hiccups—or if the address you gave us has a typo. So, double-check before you ship!
