Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 business days of the delivery date.

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 business days of delivery, provided all return conditions are met.

We do not offer refunds.

To request a return, please email hello@zleurope.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. If approved, we will provide next steps.

Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• With all tags attached

• Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear

• Returned with proof of purchase

Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued store credit, including:

• Jewelry

• International orders

• Items marked as final sale

Approved returns are eligible for:

Store credit for the value of the item

• Exchange (subject to availability)

Please note:

Store credit is issued once the return is received and approved

• Exchanges are limited to one per order

• Restocking fees may apply

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos

If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Z&L Europe reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements, including:

  • Excessive or repeated returns
  • Signs of wear or misuse
  • Altered or damaged items

Returned items that do not meet our standards may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, or for shipping issues caused by incorrect addresses.
